Overall was a very nice stay

Room service - no bottles no towels kept after room cleaning when asked for in the morning no staff was available // and also the breakfast is repeated no alternate menu available

the breakfast had limited choices, catered for indian customers for Thai had rice and 1 choice. Western customer ham in water, chicken sausage and egg + bread products and salad

One staff member speaks v good English, which did help a lot. The rooftop pool is excellent, although sun loungers would be nice!

The breakfast was pretty awful. A mistake to include. Outside, above reception and long into the night is very noisy.

Very clean and modern. Good-looking lobby. Kind receptionists. Nice elevator. Fair toilet and shower rooms. Wide bed. Electronically operated "do not disturb", "wait" and "cleaning demanded" sign's. Refrigerator and TV. On the roof was moderate sizes swimming pool and kind of (poor) gym. On the basement was good parking place.

Lobby was too could. Receptionists couldn't help us to find any of those places- car rental, book store, national parks. Receptionists didn't greet us while we were entering or leaving the lobby. There was insane rule that wasn't allowed to bring to my room my own food or drink while they self didn't offer such a service (restoran was only for a breakfast). For a 4 star hotel was weird to see that windows was so dirty. And they wasn't openable. All the noise from corridors was really loud. Corridors were covered with dirty looking soft floor cover. Around swimming pool there wasn't good deck chairs. And again - drinks wasn't allowed (maybe that rule was ok, but we didn't like it). In the gym wasn't any air conditioning option.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, electronic do not disturb system, underground parking, good buffet, good roof pool, cooler in the room, flatscreen TV.

Mediocre and very small gym, no sun seats/beach recliners at the pool, pool closing time already 7PM, long uncleaned windows. For a four star hotel it is a serious miss. Also the no outside drinks / no outside food policy is strange in a hotel where the only restaurant closes 14:00 and 2 small bottles of water for 2 people per day provided by the hotel is insufficient in the hot climate.

Breakfast has to improve dramatically! Pour choice and not standard for 4* Hotel!

Very dated hotel worn out carpets on landing the ratan sun chairs around pool area were all damaged and ripped,no coffee in room only two tea bags.not a four star hotel.

Location is ok.

Staffs are unprofessional and slow.

Pretty good location to get to soi 6, 7,8, bukkuae and 3rd Road and the Sauna, swimming pool I used frequently a short walk from the hotel. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. A shout out to the receptionist Amy. Very helpful, she was from Manchester, but is half Thai so useful and had good local knowledge and sorted me a Taxi for my Airport Hotel.

This hotel is Indian owned, so has a lot of Indian guests. The main problem I encountered with this is their general lack of spacial awareness. Blocking a lift and trying to get in it while I am trying to get out with my suitcase and standing in the entrance to the hotel blocking guests entrance and exit. Also they left the swimming pool in a state. Towels and garments living around the seating area along with spirit bottles. I was on a no smoking floor, but guests were smoking in their rooms. The noise from outside the hotel, was at times problematic. There's a Buddhist temple next door, so chanting 6 until 8 in the morning, drum banging 11 to 12. Stray dogs are living round the hotel so they will bark, whenever they fancy. I think the windows are not very sound proof, which is a shame because the noise from within the hotel is good unless someone rings the door bell in the room next door. Also you get traffic noise from motorbikes probably unsilenced. There are beggars living very close to the hotel, who are friendly and not intimidating. Finally the price I paid was well above the monthly rate of 18000 baht, which went up to 19000 baht towards the end of my time in Pattaya. 50 % discount based on me booking my flight with Booking.com, but I can get it cheaper just turning up. This seems to be a common theme in Thailand. Find your price on the likes of Booking.com then go directly to the hotel to see what price they will offer you.
